The Carlos Gimenez campaign has a surprise announcement to make this morning in the hood, at Charles Hadley Park. Could it be that popular candidate Luther Campbell will endorse?

Campbell, a former rapper and inner city activist, could have great impact with the black vote. He was expected to come in number three, but came in fourth after Marcelo Llorente pulled third through the absentee and early voting campaign.
Gimenez already got Llorente's endorsement. Campbell's would be key.
